Refund policy
We want you to love every single thing you order from Maybe Maya. If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know.
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for standard returns.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other damage after delivery, will not be accepted. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at info@maybemaya.shop before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Maybe Maya is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@maybemaya.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a replacement when available or a refund to the original payment method.
Final Sale
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale and discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
Exchanges
Because our quantities are limited, we can't guarantee that another size or style will still be available when your return is processed. The easiest way to secure the item you want is to place a new order and return your original item for store credit.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future Maybe Maya purchase.
